Content, photos, approvals and one person to give consolidated feedback.

What gets produced

Approved designs or workflow specifications.

Agreed rounds of feedback, then sign-off.

Build

Implement, integrate and test.

Develop, connect tools, test on real devices and real examples.

Access to the accounts and tools that need connecting; test data where needed.

A working version on a preview link.

Launch

Go live with analytics, domain and final QA.

Set up the domain, analytics and tracking, run final quality checks and publish.

Final approval and any last content.

A live website, assistant or workflow, plus handover notes.

Go/no-go on launch day, based on the QA checklist.
