What we collect
When you use the “Start a Project” form, we collect what you choose to enter: your name, email, and optionally your business name, phone/WhatsApp number, website or social link, business type, what you want to improve, interested areas, project description, timeline, budget range and how you heard about us. We also record the page the form was sent from and the time.
If you use the AI Opportunity Explorer and then choose to discuss your ideas, your selections are added to the form so you can review them before sending. The explorer itself runs in your browser and does not send your answers anywhere unless you submit the form.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Firebase), in the Mumbai (asia-south1) region, in a database that only Orbit Hive can read. The website is hosted on Firebase Hosting.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
WhatsApp and other links
WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and covered by its own privacy policy. Links to Facebook and other sites are governed by those sites’ policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, in line with applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Send the request through the contact form or on WhatsApp, and we will respond.
