Does the price include approvals?
Approval fees paid to authorities aren't included, but we prepare all the drawings and guide you through the process.
How long does a G+1 house take?
Usually 10–12 months after approvals, depending on the size and the package.
Can I change materials within a package?
Yes. Upgrades are priced line by line before any work starts, so you always know the cost.
How does the payment schedule work?
A small booking amount, then payments tied to completed stages: foundation, each floor's slab, brickwork, finishing and handover.
What warranty do you give?
A structural warranty, plus one year for waterproofing and fittings. The exact terms are written into your agreement.
